Job Description:
For better understanding, I am IT recruiter and use LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
- Let’s imagine, I have LinkedIn Sales Navigator search results with potential match candidates;
- I manually open each profile and review it upon several criteria regarding candidate’s experience, skills and about section;
- Finally I would like to have a list of profiles, only matching my criteria.
In other words, I waste time, reviewing profiles which have no value for me and I would like to exclude it and focus only on relevant profiles.
