MAVSDK send landing tatrget message to pixhawk px4

A raspberry pi 4 is connected to a pixhawk 6 flight controller running px4 autopilot. Raspberry Pi is equipped with a Picamera V2 in order to recognise a target and calculate the error angles angle_x, angle_y. I want a python script that continuously runs, and sends these two angles to the px4 autopilot, in order to execute precise landing. The python script that detects the target and calculates the angles has already been developed.
