Hi Freelancers – We are looking for an individual or company that can put together the Openalpr Git hub information into an easy use server based file system that can be used on a server or computer to train out a neural café model automatically with it being fed both live image downloads to a file or it being able to run through and be trained by high definition video footage 24/7. In additional to this we are looking for the model also to train the recognition of the car type badges. The system should also have the capability to turn off or on the view as it runs through images, live footage from camera feed or downloaded feed. It is to be self-autonomous in its learning

* Dear Client! * Now I understand your request in this way, - contruct your own ALPR engine in your server. - this engine train and update its model , automatically by itself. - ALPR engine should recognize additional information(Vehicle Color, maker, model, type, year, badge) - ALPR engine have to work well in both Windows and Ubuntu I checked your attached images and video file. I guess your some images is very difficult to be recognized. 1-type, images taken in night: 4057, 4059, 4065, 4066, 4067, 4068 2-type, images taken in foggy day: 2584 Other images are clear, so no problem. I have researched about Computer Vision/Deep Learning for about 10 years. I've rich experience with LPR and OCR usign Tensorflow or Caffe. if you hire me, I'll provide a fast and reliable service. we can dockerize openalpr to run in a containerized environment so it will be capable to run only any host in the server environment, this would make things easyly deployable manageble. Let's have a chat more on requirements and how we can implement it up.
