Hi there! This kind of conversion work is something I have certainly done in the past for Matlab->Python cases, even for complex MATLAB scripts that involved GPU-based scientific operations. To be honest, the complexity of the work depends on what functions/libraries you MATLAB Simulation is based on, I am not sure that's easy to convert anything in Python, it depends.
