Update our shopify product list - Python - web scraping - data extraction

I am looking for a freelancer who can update our Shopify product list by extracting all available product information. The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and data extraction using Python. ( Expert )
Specific requirements for the project include:
this project have 2 parts :
1) We need to compare the new product list (excel) and our inventory (shopify product) to output a discontinued product list that we have on our website.
2) We need to update our batteries product list :
a) - From the new product list (excel) and some conditions, we need to output the shopify format list
b) - The product title should be takes from a specific web site and our own template
c) - The product may be duplicate with different title as find to the same website ( b )
d) - The product description must use our template and show a compatible chart ( all the data are available on the excel product list )
3) We need to update our ink / toner cartridge product list from a partner website :
a) Compare the new list with our existing product list to sort discontinued ( not availalable ) product list
b) Update our shopify product list ( shopify formart )
c) use the same product description template as we currently have ( with the compatible product chart list )
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Python for web scraping and data extraction.
- Familiarity with Shopify and its product listing requirements.
- Experience in converting data into Excel format.
