The intention of this project is to develop a WhatsApp Chatbot that is able to interact autonomously with users. The chatbot should be able to do the following:
1- provide users with a customized greeting message that includes a list of items so users can send the chatbot the relevant number as follows:
- (1) About the service: here there would be a static message; hence the chatbot should be able to fetch it and respond to the the selected opting (1) with it.
- (2) Consult me: here the NLP should take place. The chatbot should have access to a FAQ sheet and fetch the most relevant answers to the question proposed by the user. In the case where the answer is unavailable, then the chatbot should redirect the message so it gets handled manually and then the response to be redirected to the user who proposed the question.
- (3) Gain Knowledge: here the chatbot should have access to a list of video links with keywords, and based on the request from the user the chatbot should respond with the relevant link.
- (4) Ask your Consultant: This option should prompt the user to send its personal information including: name, file number and inquiry. Then, the chatbot should notify the system admin so they can redirect the message to the relevant consultant manually and entering their response later on manually.
There is no constraints apart from the following:
1- the chatbot must be bilingual (Arabic and English)
2- platform in which the admin can follow up through
