I am running a series of one-to-one, in-depth interviews to understand how people in a specific age group make day-to-day purchase decisions. I need an experienced qualitative moderator who can take full ownership of the interview process—from refining the discussion guide to conducting the sessions and delivering a clear insight report. What the assignment involves • Fine-tuning or creating the discussion guide so that it draws out attitudes, motivations and unmet needs. • Scheduling and professionally moderating each interview via Zoom (or a comparable video platform). • Keeping participants engaged while digging beneath surface answers; skilful probing is essential here. • Supplying audio/video files, clean transcripts, and a concise thematic report that highlights actionable consumer-behavior insights. I have already ruled out focus groups and ethnographic ride-alongs for this phase, so the entire effort revolves around individual interviews. If you are comfortable working with recording tools such as Zoom, [login to view URL] or similar, and you have a proven track record moderating qualitative sessions, I would like to hear how you would approach this project and the timeline you would propose.
