Write a dockerfile for a webapp using Seurat library in R -- 2

I want to write a dockerfile that can build a docker image for running the attached shiny application "app.R" The app is built on top of "Seurat" library in R which already has dockerfile and docker image available at:

I am not sure how to modify my original dockerfile (attached) to be able to make the app working. If you can write a dockerfile for the app and test it to make sure it can build a working image, please bid. Attached, the shiny app code, example data, example output and my dockerfile which is not working. Don't bid please before making sure you can build a working image. All files are attached to be able to test them before bidding.
