I need a script (or several scripts) to accomplish the following on a Raspberry Pi Zero W running Raspian OS version 4.9
The goal of this project is to have the Pi start an ad hoc wifi network if there are no networks to connect to. So, on script startup, the pi will check if the device is connected to a network and has internet access. If the device doesn't have a network, it will create an Ad Hoc wifi network with some name like "Pi Zero Network" with no credentials needed to connect to it.
The script should be able to run indefinitely and whenever the wifi network is no longer available (ie. the Pi got disconnected), the Pi should start the ad hoc network again.
This can be done in any language. If there are any setup commands to run in order to configure the device I'll need those as well.
