Hello, Ihave in house team of React native developers and most of our React Native work has been on apps where the camera is the product, not a feature. We've already dealt with things like camera handoff issues between RN and native, orientation bugs, memory spikes during image/video capture, and why some flows work on Android but break on iOS unless you touch native code. That’s usually where projects slow down — I’ve already been through that. We write RN, but we are comfortable dropping into AVFoundation on iOS and CameraX/Camera2 on Android when needed.
