I have just opened my own real estate brokerage and currently have only 2 agents working for me but hope to continuously expand I have been searching with no luck for software that I could use to keep track of my financials. What I am looking for is a program that I could enter each agents name and contact info and then enter their commission as they earn it (both their part and the companies part) I also need to be able to add costs to their accoutn such as when they purchase name badges, signs, calendars, etc. from the company. I basically need something so at the end of the month/year I can see how much each agent has made along with the company. This will help when doing 1099s also. I do not need anythin elaborate but something that I could keep adding agents accounts to as they join the company.
