We're looking for an experienced real estate investment coach or consultant to help an entrepreneur figure out a creative way to buy a home to live in — without personal capital. The goal: structure a deal where investors fund the purchase and renovation, I live in the property (ideally for free or at a below-market rent), and investors earn their return through the property's value appreciation over time. Based in the Eindhoven/Brainport region. Open to freelancers and agencies.
