# Remote Freelance Recruitment Specialist StrongBodyAI is a global AI-powered platform dedicated to helping health and wellness professionals grow their digital presence and access international opportunities. We are currently looking for Freelance Recruitment Specialists in Turkey to support our expanding community. Your role will involve identifying and connecting with qualified professionals, including physicians, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness coaches, yoga instructors, therapists, and beauty specialists. You will introduce the StrongBodyAI platform, provide information about the opportunity, and assist candidates throughout the registration and onboarding process. Candidates can be sourced through LinkedIn, online communities, social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity with flexible working hours, available on both a part-time and full-time basis. Compensation is performance-based. You will receive USD 40 for each professional who successfully completes onboarding and becomes active on the platform. Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, business development, or customer success is an advantage. Strong communication skills and an interest in the healthcare or wellness industry are highly valued.
