PLEASE: ONLY QUOTE IF YOUR PRICE IS IN OUR BUDGET (100-250 aud$). We will choose the lower one with the best experience and reviews READ VERY WELL THE DESCRIPTION CHECK THE FILES UPLOADED REMEMBER, WE WILL ASK FOR SEVERAL OPTIONS, CHANGES AND ALWAYS HAVE TO BE RENDERED. (IT MEANS THAT YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION) QUOTE YOUR PRICE We have a design for a coffee shop in google sketchup ( but you can use any 3D design program) and we need to: 1) Do some Changes. In this stage we will ask for few changes and we will have as result 3 files (Options) 2) Rendering the 3 options with 2 views each one . (it must look very realistic ) (Limit time for this part 5 days) 3) Wait for the revision ( It is going to be review by a shopping centre and then they will: choose one without any change or choose one with some changes. If they ask for some change, then we will have to do it and rendered it to show them again. After that change, hopefully the accept it and no more changes will be required (that is what normaly happens) but we need to be able to another change just in case that they ask for something else. Once they agree we will proceed to the final stage . (Limit time for this part 2 days per review) 3) Do the 2D architectural plans (in AutoCAD or any other architectural program): 2 floor plans, ceiling plan, Finishes, Elevations ) (Limit time for this one (2 days ) **It is important to note that we may requiere few changes and then rendering it again.** We have already the concept (in a 3d google sketchup file but you can use any 3D design program), what we are looking for is to do finals changes, rendering it and the final set of 2D plans.
