Necesito tres propuestas claras de distribución cromática para la fachada de un edificio de tres pisos (figuras 1, 2 y 3). Trabajarás únicamente con dos tonos y texturas tipo microcemento: • Color 1: Cemento Quemado (referencias en figuras 4 y 5) • Color 2: Blanco La idea es que cada propuesta mantenga una proporción aproximada del 50 % de cada color, transmitiendo elegancia y modernidad dentro de un lenguaje visual industrial. Quiero que el contraste y la jerarquía de color se lean, sobre todo, en las paredes principales; puertas y ventanas deben conservar su diseño actual sin alteraciones. Entregables solicitados 1. Tres modelos o renders en alta resolución que muestren la fachada completa, uno por cada esquema cromático. 2. Para cada modelo, una vista frontal y, si lo consideras útil, una perspectiva angular que ayude a apreciar la relación de color entre los tres niveles. 3. Breve ficha por propuesta (paleta, porcentaje de cada color, indicación de textura microcemento). Aceptar las propuestas una vez verifique que: – Se respeta la proporción 50/50 Cemento Quemado y Blanco. – El estilo general se percibe industrial, elegante y moderno. – Puertas y ventanas coinciden con el diseño existente. Adjunta los archivos en formato JPG o PNG (mín. 3000 px en el lado largo) y, opcionalmente, el archivo editable de tu herramienta de preferencia (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, etc.). Quedo atento a tus ideas y a cualquier pregunta que te ayude a afinar los detalles antes de la entrega final.

Los resultados se entregarán en renders de alta resolución, con vistas que permitan apreciar la relación entre los tres niveles, acompañados de una ficha breve con paleta, porcentajes y especificación de textura. Puedo ajustar cualquier detalle antes del render final para asegurar que la distribución del color y el estilo visual coincidan exactamente con lo que buscas.
