I am an experienced 3D modeler. This project is fairly straight forward. My bid price is for two menu items. To recreate the model I would need photos from five different angles. I would also need photos from inside the restaurant on a tripod from 360 degrees or with an iphone in panoramic feature. The photos of the model need to be in raw format (most DSLR do this). This will provide me with the largest amount of data for texturing the model. I would first create a proxy model for review once approved I would move on to texturing and lighting. I assume the final model will be used inside of a realtime render engine so I would need to know which one to do the final testing with textures.
