I am looking for a low poly model of a witch house for a video game. I am only accepting models built in Maya, Blender, or 3dsmax (Final format being obj, or fbx). Reason being is I have had so many compatibility issues when modelers make houses in other programs which results in the model not opening, missing UVs as well as many other problems when I open it in Maya 2015. So please make sure you are using these programs or are experiences in how to make your model compatible to be brought into Maya. I will not pay and cancel project if I cannot open the model properly or the UVs are broken. Please say pizza cake in your proposal so I know you actually read these instructions.
The house needs to also have the interior modelled as well so the character can walk around inside, so the walls need to be thick, not planes. The building must be UVed, and I will provide textures to use on the building to make sure the UVs don't stretch, but you will not be required to paint textures. I have provided some references below and you are free to use creative freedom to model the house as you wish based off of the references. There is no rush for this project 2 weeks is fine.
