I have an .obj and .jpg texture 3D model from an aerial scan using a drone. The aerial scan is of 4 homes approximately 3 acres in size. I also have a SketchUp model of a new addition to one of the homes. I am looking for a skilled modeler that can combine the 3D model from the drone and the SketchUp model of the new addition (a new deck) and export the completed file to an .obj format less than 100MB in size with corresponding texture jpg as well as a kml file to be viewed as a 3D building in Google Earth. In addition to the .obj file I can also provide the aerial scan in .dxf, fbx, ply, and point cloud formats las, ply, and xyz if those are easier file types for you to use.
