I need a detailed layout and earthwork for a poultry house(s) dedicated to broiler meat production. The facility will need to accommodate 4 houses for 40,000 broilers and will have a concrete flooring. Each house is 16M x 138M. Need to layout the structures, design concrete/foundation spec for bidding, road layouts and earthworks. Land is hilly and proper layout is required. Local (bohol) or Cebu is best has travel to land may be necessary. Please let me know in bid how you will determine the topography of land for proper layout. Land needs to be laid out to host up to 8 houses. Key Requirements: - Earthwork to prepare land for construction - Design layout for efficient broiler housing on a concrete floor Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in agricultural building layout/design - Knowledge of poultry housing requirements - Proficient in land surveying and earthmoving operations - Ability to create efficient layouts for large-scale poultry production Please provide a portfolio of similar projects completed.
