I wouldn’t treat the floor plan, mood board and renders as three separate tasks. For a renovation like this, they need to support the same design direction from the beginning. I’d first organize the space around your functional needs, then develop the furniture layout, lighting and material choices around that plan. From there, I can create a clear mood board and turn the selected direction into realistic views of the kitchen and living area. I have a Master’s degree in Interior Design, and my approach is focused on creating spaces that are not only visually appealing but also practical and comfortable to use. You’ll receive an editable 2D layout, a presentation-ready mood board, and the agreed high-resolution interior renders.
