I'm looking for a professional to render my residential construction plans in a home designer software. The project will require both interior and exterior work. Key requirements: - Proficiency in Chief Architect software - Experience in rendering residential construction plans - Ability to work on both interior and exterior designs (exterior is house structure only.) Specific rooms to be rendered include: - All Three Levels, including roof of house. - Living room - Kitchen - Bedroom - All other rooms in the house labeled on the plans. - All Pools - Pool Perimeter wall (not listed on plans) - Label all rooms on the model per plans. - Interior and exterior stairs, Viewrail - Windows, Sliders, Doors and Skylights. Truss layout, per Truss layout-24X36-160443-3.pdf. Lower Level. 6" slab, 7/8 tiled FF. Unfinished Rough ceiling height of 109". Build drywall ceiling down from Rough ceiling height to Finished ceiling 107". Main level. 16" trusses, 3/4 subfloor, 3/4 radiant flooring, 5/8 Quatersawn white oak. Unfinished Rough ceiling height of 109". Build drywall ceiling down from Rough ceiling height to Finished ceiling 107". Upper Level. From top of Trusses below, 3/4 subfloor, 3/4 radiant flooring, 5/8 Quatersawn white oak. Unfiished Rough ceiling height of 97". Build drywall ceiling down from Rough ceiling height to Finished ceiling 95". Finishing materials: Walls- 1/2 drywall walls, White paint. Roof- White TPO Roof finishing material. Flooring Middle, Upper. Exterior Stone- Per Exterior Veneer Document. Attempt to match. Exterior Wood Rain Screen- 5.5" wood, soffit to align with rain screen.
