I am needing a Sketch Up model transposed to Layout for bidding purposes. I am not a professional modeler, but have some experience and have made this model myself. I only need Layout at this time, but hope for who I hire to eventually improve my model as well as make some marketing materials (through Sketch Up) for banking and commercial uses.
This project is a fishing resort near a lake that is intended to house contestants and their families during fishing tournaments held every weekend 8-10 months out of the year at the near by lake (less than a mile away). It is intended to look like an antique Viking fishing village and will include cabins, towers, a small lake/pond, winter boat storage, owner's house and more. I will include snip its of the project along with this brief. Model is accessible from DropBox. Very small budget for this project. Layout transposition ONLY at this time.
