Aim of Coursework
You are required to complete two tasks. Reflect on your experiences of designing, managing and running an assessment centre for 6th formers. Secondly, select an organisation and identify its need for talent. Using the person specification, and using your reflection, justify the design of an assessment centres for a vacancy that the organisation advertises. Your analysis needs to be supported by reference to academic research. Present your findings as a written report. This accounts for 75% of your overall mark for this module.
A Evaluate your contribution to the running an Assessment Centre using theory. (20%)
B Select an organisation and analyse its need for Talent given both the current labour market and the organisation’s current objectives. (20%)
C Using both your personal reflection and relevant literature, propose the design of an assessment centre to fill a job that organisation advertises reflecting line managers’ involvement in the process. (60%)

The coursework should be word processed and the font size should be 12.
The word count for the assignment is up to a maximum of 2,500 words.
