My teenager’s high-school parent-teacher meeting is coming up, and I’m unable to attend in person. I need a reliable, well-spoken gentleman to step in as my child’s father for the PTM. Your role is to meet the teachers, listen carefully to their feedback, ask any clarifying questions that a caring parent would, and provide me with a clear written summary afterward. The meeting will be held on campus during regular school hours (exact date and slot will be shared once we confirm). You’ll receive my brief on the student’s recent work and any points I’d like you to raise, so you can represent our family confidently and respectfully. After the session, I’ll need a concise report—key observations, teacher recommendations, and any action items we should follow up on. If you have prior experience with school meetings, mentoring teens, or similar proxy assignments, let me know; it’ll help me feel even more comfortable entrusting you with this responsibility.
