The sleep portion should identify the importance of adequate sleep (8 hours)for good mental, social and physical well being. In layman's terms, why does the body need sleep, what happens physiologically?
The stress reduction portion should again identify the mental, social and physical benefits of reducing stress and identify at least five specific means of doing so; such as massage therapy, yoga, stress management strategies, meditation. The harmful effects of stress should also be discussed in layman's terms.
The chapter must be 15-20 typed, grammatically correct pages and must be accompanied by references.
