Make a list and research 20-25 fresh ingredients and research the storage life. For WHOLE and CUT versions of each ingredient, we need the following information in a spreadsheet report: Does it need to be refrigerated? How many days does it last at room temperature? How many days does it last refrigerated? Special considerations? (specific bacteria problems) Each fact must be cited based on US, UK, or Australian government food guidelines/code. A link for each ingredient must be provided to an official site.
