Based on your literature review, identify the key corporate governance variables using appropriate classifications. Explain the bases for your classification referring to various literature. II. Discuss each corporate governance variable identified and explain the degree of their importance for the better corporate governance. III. Based on your discussion, develop a framework to assess the degree of corporate governance of a public listed company. IV. Prepare a checklist as an outcome of such framework. V. Explain how this checklist could be used to assess the level of corporate governance of a public listed company. Include a cover page, an executive summary, a table of contents and references. You may include an appendix if necessary.
