In anticipation of the next arrival of the Office Manager, we are looking for one-off assistance on daily tasks and filing and storage.
The person can have contacts with the different external service providers.
In addition to daily operations, the work will include, among others, 3 main topics:
- Resume lists of staff
- Check that all the documents are in the files (paper & electronic)
- Complete, if necessary, the files & documents
- Resume current files (permanent statutory, banks)
- Check them out
- Complete them
- Check the paper binders
- Feed server folders by scanning missing documents
