I’m putting together a concise field study whose sole focus is scouting. Your objective is to identify and evaluate locations that can work as viable commercial properties. That means getting out on-site, taking clear photos, noting accessibility, foot-traffic patterns, nearby competitors, parking, zoning observations, and any red flags you spot. What I’ll need from you • A short write-up on each location (address, size estimate, visible condition, surrounding businesses) • At least five well-lit photos per site, including street view and immediate surroundings • A simple map pin (Google Maps link is fine) so I can preview the area remotely • Your personal assessment of suitability: “ideal, possible, or unsuitable” with a one-line rationale I’m open on the exact format—spreadsheet, slide deck, or well-structured PDF all work—as long as the information is clear and the photos are labeled. You can use your preferred tools (Google Maps, Excel, phone camera, Lightroom, etc.) provided the final file sizes stay reasonable for email transfer. I’ll review the first property you submit as a quick checkpoint. Once that’s approved, continue with the rest to complete the assignment.
