We are a vendor in the emergency notification, also known as "mass notification", "emergency alert", "emergency mass notification", etc. space for public safety agencies (police, sheriff, fire, emergency management) in the United States. Typically, these services are purchased by county and municipal governments, although occasionally also by state agencies.
This project requires you to find at least 3 RFP (request for proposal) responses or proposals that have a minimum of 8 pages each describing the features, capabilities and benefits for each of these companies:
Emergency Communications Network (also known as CodeRED, OnSolve and ECN)
Everbridge (also marketed as Nixle)
SwiftReach (also known as Swift911)
Blackboard Connect (also sold as BBC and CTY)
That's a minimum of 18 RFP responses or proposals. If you happen to find additional RFP responses, proposals or other related documents (e.g. contracts), we may be willing to pay additional for this information.
The RFP responses will be answers to RFPs placed by the agencies listed above or other related agencies. You may find RFPs placed by water systems, electric utilities, and other business and governments.
All documents must be dated from January 1, 2016 till now. Documents that are older than 2016 do not meet our requirements.
Please don't ask me how to do this research. If you don't know how to find these kinds of documents, and can't figure it out on your own, don't bid.
However, if you know how to do a public records request and want to have the responses to that sent to our US address, we will help you with that.
Please don't ask for a milestone payment greater than 50% of your bid.
Finally, don't make a preliminary bid in order to get my attention. The instructions above are very clear and should be sufficient to place a bid.
