I am in search of a part-time executive assistant who is willing to work for less than 10 hours per week. Main Tasks: - Calendar and scheduling management: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and ensuring I have a smooth daily schedule. - Email management: Handling my inbox, responding professionally to messages, looping me into important conversations, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. - Travel coordination: Organizing my travel details including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation. Requirements: - I am looking for someone who has prior experience with the a corporate, financial services or consultancy environment. - Familiarity with MS Office and Canva would be beneficial. - Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, and keep me organised! If you have the expertise and the capability to take on these tasks, I would be interested to hear from you. Your ability to bring order in daily chaos will be highly appreciated.
