[Training required] Digital product research and discovery

Job Description:
I'm learning this as a side interest, so needed export to teach and guide me of this process. I have some tech/code background, so it should make your training easier.
Required:
2-4 hours training session. Including:
- How to do digital research and discovery
- Quantitative and qualitative research
- Showcase with research and discovery examples and results.
- Please show your previous works or case studies, and testimony (to provide you got real experiences, other than googled it)
- Happy to pay extra if we go over the 2 hours with necessary training. For example, some tools I might be interested to learn more.
- I may arrange potential future research work, but not guaranteed.
