Project: AI Powered Customer Support Platform (SaaS Build) We are building a next generation AI driven customer support platform designed for fast growing SaaS companies to automate 60–70% of customer queries while keeping a human like conversational experience in English. Tech Stack: Java (Spring Boot), React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL Industry: SaaS / AI Customer Experience / Enterprise Software What You’ll Build: A React based dashboard for support agents to monitor and intervene in AI conversations in real time Java Spring Boot backend powering conversation routing, user context storage, and ticket generation AI integration layer (LLM API based) for automated English language responses with tone control and escalation logic Analytics module showing response quality, deflection rate, and customer satisfaction signals Key Challenge (Important): Design a system that can maintain natural English conversations across multi turn support chats while dynamically deciding when to escalate to a human without breaking context or tone consistency. Requirements: Strong experience in Java + React full stack development Comfortable working with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar) Ability to design scalable backend systems Excellent written English communication (must be able to write clean, user facing responses and documentation) Experience with SaaS or real time systems is a plus Bonus Points: Built chatbot, agent assistant, or AI workflow tools before Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversation design Experience with event driven architecture
