APIs/Postman - Testing, Automation, Documentation

I have 90 APIs to test, automate and document. I have Postman collection.
DONT MAKE ME DELETE YOUR BID -- I am not here for discussion so read and we will discuss if you are fit. Your bid message is my base for discussion. Don't say hi/hello otherwise.
We use postman to test them manually now. I need someone/ team to do following three things:
a) Test all these APIs - one at a time - use proper backend/end point, variables, fields in body and expect proper responses.
b) Automate what you do in 1)
c) Modify our current documentation or add missing APIs to make it comprehensive.
I respond to all but I don't want to waste your time and my time so important things to note
1) No copy and paste bid - You get my attention if you proved in your bid that you read this project. Otherwise, I am very arrogant and I delete bids too. No automatic bidding please.
2) Explain cost clearly - no placeholder or dummy cost.
If you can not size/scope it, I am asking you to invest 50 hours for these activities. First 15 APIs will take 15 hours but remaining will be done 2-3 per hour for all necessary tasks shown.
3) Clearly mention what you can do from a) b) and c) above. I need you to be able to do two things at minimum.
4) My budget is in this project. Don't ask me for project. Don't bid if this doesn't fit your needs
