The work is divided into three main phases: Phase 1 – Swimming Pool (Permit-Ready) Architectural design of a modern private swimming pool Pool layout, dimensions, depths, sections, and elevations Overflow pool (no skimmers) Architectural layout of the machine room Drawings suitable for coordination with engineers Bill of Quantities (BOQ) required, including: Excavation & soil removal Waterproofing Reinforced concrete Steel reinforcement Pool structure details Phase 2 – Existing House Renovation Architectural drawings for renovation of an existing house Large sliding glass opening to the garden Kitchen layout (architectural level) Interior room re-layout Bathrooms & WC renovation General architectural updates Phase 3 – Garden / Landscape General landscape layout design Integration of the pool with the outdoor space Hardscape / softscape planning (architectural level) General Requirements Modern, clean, minimalist design style Drawings must be permit-ready Deliverables in PDF + DWG Revisions based on feedback included Budget & Working Structure. Good afternoon. I will be happy to design the pool basin (basin dimensions, technical openings). I will lay out the technical pipelines from the pool basin to the technical room. I will design the layout and dimensions of the technical room with the placement of equipment and pipelines. The work will be done in Revit 2023. Calculating and laying out the reinforcement for the pool basin is not included in the work. I will calculate the amount of soil needed for the basin excavation.
