I’m preparing to build a modern single-family home and need a complete set of architectural plans that capture a contemporary aesthetic while fitting a compact program of two to three bedrooms. Here’s what I’m after: clear, build-ready floor plans, elevations, and sections that highlight open-plan living, generous natural light, and a clean, minimalist exterior. A simple materials palette—think glass, steel, and smooth render—should inform both the drawings and any 3D visuals you supply so that the final package communicates the modern character convincingly to both planning officials and contractors. A concise list of deliverables keeps us focused: • Scaled floor plans showing optimal placement for 2–3 bedrooms, kitchen-living zone, and utility spaces • Front, rear, and side elevations with relevant heights and material notes • At least one longitudinal and one transverse section to clarify volumes and roof lines • Two or more high-quality 3D exterior perspectives illustrating the modern façade and outdoor flow If you’re comfortable working in Revit, ArchiCAD, or a similar BIM-capable tool and can accommodate one round of revisions after my feedback, let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can move from concept to permit submission smoothly.
