Phishing Assessment & Workshop Training

I’m putting together a company-wide phishing assessment with one clear purpose—training our staff to spot and stop social-engineering attempts. I need an experienced cybersecurity professional or team who can both stage the assessment and follow it up with engaging, in-person workshops at our offices. Here’s what I have in mind: • Design and launch a realistic phishing simulation that mirrors the tactics our employees are most likely to face. • Track participation and capture metrics so we know exactly where people struggle. • Turn those findings into interactive, face-to-face sessions that break down the results, explain the red flags, and give everyone hands-on practice. • Provide a concise post-engagement report with actionable recommendations we can roll into our security program. On the workshop side, I’m looking for lively storytelling, real examples, and practical exercises—not a slide-only lecture. If you regularly work with tools such as GoPhish, KnowBe4, or similar platforms, mention that; familiarity will speed up the rollout. Timeline is flexible but I’d like to start the simulation next month and hold the workshops shortly after the results are in.
