Development of intranet portal written in Ruby on Rails

I'm looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails developer or team to develop an intranet portal. I want to add some modules to the software. New modules that I would like to add are: - Calendar (for individuals and groups) - Resources management (reservations of resources like meeting rooms, presentation tools, cars etc with calendar) - Gallery - Bulletin board - Chat or group communicator The modules can be created from a scratch or you can use ready modules with some modifications. It's up to you. They have to work with access rights that are set in the intranet settings panel. That means restricting acces to some parts of gallery for example. The system is build with Ruby on Rails with Bootstrap template. You can view some screenshots of actual system in the attached screenshots. It's in Polish language but don't worry. We will provide all the necessary translations and explain all you need to know. And you can develop in english and at the end make the translations.
