I need a full-stack developer to create a Ruby on Rails backend with a React frontend for a new project. The project should integrate Material-UI for the UI components and have a user authentication system using the Devise gem. The signup and login forms should be customized with Material-UI components. Key Features: - API Authentication: Configure Devise to work with APIs, enabling users to sign up and log in via API endpoints. - Referral Feature: Implement a functionality allowing users to send referral emails to invite non-users to the platform. Deliverables: - A zip file containing the full project code, database schema setup and migration files. - A [login to view URL] file with step-by-step instructions for setting up and running the project on a local macOS environment. Ideal Skills: - Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React. - Experience with Material-UI and the Devise gem. - Previous work with building API endpoints for user authentication. - Understanding of implementing referral systems. Please note, the choice of database has not been decided yet, and I am open to suggestions. Similarly, specific requirements for the design and layout of the forms and the referral mechanism have not been finalized; I'd be happy to consider proposals from the freelancer.
