Our company manages a National Repair Network. These Franchisee's receive regular service repair type work via a web based system we have developed and the job details are recorded in our systems data base. I am looking to initially trial outsourcing these customer call backs to a VA. The VA would be provided access to our System and be required to phone these previous customers and ask if they require our services again. This will be the first stage of testing. Depending on results and costs we would look to continue this on a National Level with a view to the VA actually booking appointments for the "Yes Leads" on behalf of our Franchisees. This will involve sharing a web based calendar with the Franchisees.
The VA should be motivated, polite, speak English fluently, have basic computer skills regarding emails and calendars. Happy to look at hourly rate throughout the trials however ideally this position would be paid a fixed amount per lead. This would motivate the VA to produce results and further develop ideas and techniques for generating leads.
