We are a BPO Company. We are seeking an AGENCY (Or aggressive individual) that has Full-Time Outbound Telemarketers + Appointment Setters available. Examples of what you will be selling: SEO, IT Services, Medical/Dental Services...Everything from Business to Business.

In the email, please provide the following questions/items:
A) Provide voice clips of EVERY agent (Or if you're an individual, of you) who is AVAILABLE TO START that are at least 15 seconds long. (Do not send clips of someone who is not available. If we do not receive the clips, we will automatically delete your application). We want to see that your agents can speak clearly and accent free.
B) Are you available during USA Business Hours?
C) Does your agency offer call recording?
D) Are your agents trained to document their call activities/logs in a CRM?
E) What hourly rates do you offer? (Include this in the email, even if it is already in your bid. We don't have time to check your Odesk bid, we track everything via email). We pay $3/hr plus incentives or $4/hr straight. Not negotiable.
F) Are you RELIABLE? For instance, are you going to call up "Sick" when we need you? Do you respond immediately to messages?
G) Provide your Skype ID + USA Telephone Number (If your company does not have a USA telephone number, we don't want to do business with you b/c that's a red flag).
H) How many agents does your company employ? (If it's just you, say just yourself)
J) Are your agents managed on-site or remotely? (If it's just you, just tell us about the space youll be working from)
