I'm looking for somebody to qualify leads and book sales appointments for a lead generation campaign, over a 3 month period.
The process will involve:
1- Using our own database to send prospecting emails then follow up on their responses.
2- Qualifying the leads' interest over the phone using pre-determined qualification criteria. E.g.:
- Matching profile against pre-determined Ideal Client profile,
-Determining secondary information (E.g. KPI's such as annual spend and contract end dates)
3 - Booking appointments for my clients' sales people to present to and close.
4 - Compiling all the leads' information and qualification intelligence and passing it onto my clients' sales team.
The goal is to set up 30 - 80 first appointments a month for a retail marketing company, over a period of 3 months (90 - 240 appointments in total)
Please could you include examples of succesful appointment setting and lead qualification campaigns that you've been involved in.
Working knowledge of the Cold Calling 2.0 approach would be idea.
I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with an appointment setter. If these projects are successful, there'll be more projects to come.
