Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our fitness and nutrition services. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals passionate about fitness, health, and results-driven sales. Services Offered Personal Training Sessions (In-Person & Virtual): $100 per session Health & Fitness Consultations: $150 per session Basic Program: $500/month Competitor Program: $750/month Key Responsibilities Actively sell and promote the services listed above to individuals seeking personal training, health consultations, and fitness programming. Identify and engage prospective clients via networking, social media, and outreach efforts. Communicate effectively to explain the value of Atlas Fitness & Nutrition’s services. Close sales by building relationships, understanding clients' goals, and providing solutions. Report sales progress weekly and maintain accurate records of clients and sales activities. Commission Structure Sales Representatives earn commission-only pay, with highly competitive rates (20% per sale). Tiered Monthly Bonus Earn additional bonuses when you hit sales milestones: 5-9 Sales: Additional 5% bonus on total commissions. 10-14 Sales: Additional 10% bonus on total commissions. 15-19 Sales: Additional 15% bonus on total commissions. 20+ Sales: Additional 20% bonus on total commissions.
