We are looking for an experienced with a proven track record, independent, cheery, positive, and flexible customer service representative to help take incoming calls, answer questions, input orders, and set appointments for customers about our furniture products.
Potential candidate must have a quiet workspace while on the phone, headset, and a personal computer. We are not sales driven, our focus is customer service. However, if a customer places a phone order with you, we will give you an additional $5 plus your salary for the week for each order you enter. We are looking to start the potential candidate asap. The first week will be a paid trial to see if you are a great fit for the company and we a great fit for you.
Virtual catalogs, pricing, and inventory will be supplied to you. We would forward our business phone line to an US phone number only. Must be able to understand and speak English clearly. I will be available on IM if you have any questions during your shift.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm PST (Southern California).
You do not have live in the US however you must be able to accept forwarded calls from a US number to a US number. Customers that need a call back will be referred back to us.
•Should be able to use the computer extremely well and multi-task while taking phone calls
•Should have great communication skills: written and verbal communication
•Should be able to handle a lot of data that is available, and all of this has to be done at good pace
•Should have a lot of patience when communicating with the customer
•Should be able to maintain their composure even if the customer is being rude
•Should have good listening skills, since most of the time, communication with the customers is done over the phone
•Should be attentive to details
•Should have the skill of versatility; they will have to adapt to many situations regarding the customer
Calls must be logged onto a spreadsheet for tracking purposes
