The company has developed a leading cloud service used by companies all over the world. They now need to strengthen their first line support and sales department. \r\nThe working hours will 08.00 - 16.30 (PHT), so it would be ideal if you are located on the Philippines. However, in parallell we are looking for someone to fill a second position on weekends only with slightly different working hours.\r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n- At least 18 years old.\r\n- Solid support and sales closing skills.\r\n- Excellent verbal presentation and communication techniques in clear English language with no accent.\r\n- Computer experienced and internet-savvy.\r\n- Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills.\r\n\r\nYour role:\r\nYou will be responsible for answering questions related to the company's cloud service. The work will consist of both handling 1st line support questions and closing sales.
