This is a high-volume outbound role. I am not paying for "admin" time; I am paying for a machine that stays in motion. The Goal: Close 4+ paid clients within the first 30 days. Milestone & Payment Breakdown ($500 Total Base): This is a SAAS “$297/month” missed call text back, AI answering, AI review reply, conversation inbox, and full CRM access this is for US based business (lawyers, apartment complexes, etc a full list is below) Base pay is released ONLY upon verification of the following high-volume activity and results. • Milestone 1: System Launch ($50) • Deliverable: Full setup of your own dialer/outreach tools, finalized US-market scripts, and 500+ verified US leads loaded into the CRM. • Milestone 2: The 1,000 Touch Sprint ($100) • Deliverable: Completion of your first 1,000 outbound touches (Calls, Emails, or DMs combined). You must provide a timestamped activity log from your tools. • Milestone 3: Prospect Engagement (30 Demos) ($100) • Deliverable: Completion of 30 live discovery calls or demos with US business owners. Proof via call recordings or calendar invites is required. Use the phrase “I can make 4 sales” if you have read understand and can do the job AND agreement to payment terms • Milestone 4: Pipeline Mastery (75 Demos Total) ($150) • Deliverable: Reaching a total of 75 completed demos. At this stage, you must show a "Hot List" of at least 10 prospects in the final stages of the sales funnel. • Milestone 5: 30-Day Completion & KPI Audit ($100) • Deliverable: Completion of the full 30-day cycle. Must show a minimum of 2,000 total outbound actions for the month and a final report on conversion metrics. Because this is a brand new position the base pay is paid in milestones after 3 months base pay will grow Commission: $150 per closed deal (paid upon client payment). - this may change after the first month (so you can make recurring money) Requirements: • Must provide your own tools: (Dialer, LinkedIn Automation, etc.). • High Intensity: Expectation is a minimum of 80–100+ outbound actions per day. • Full Transparency: Shared access to your tracking sheet or CRM is mandatory. To ensure the success of this project, we are not just looking for quantity, but high-intent quality. Since you are bringing your own tools and dialer, you are responsible for the integrity of the data you feed into the system. We will not release Milestone 1 until the lead list passes a quality audit. This ensures we are targeting decision-makers (Owners, Partners, CEOs) in the US local service market and not wasting time on generic "info@" inboxes or disconnected landlines. Lead Verification Protocol To release your milestones, you must provide proof of data health through the following three steps: • Third-Party Verification Report: Along with your CSV of leads, you must provide a verification export from a tool like NeverBounce or ZeroBounce. Every email must be marked as "Valid." If the bounce rate exceeds 5% during initial outreach, the list will be considered failed. • Decision-Maker Accuracy Audit: I will randomly select 20 leads from your list. At least 90% must have the correct LinkedIn profile and a direct office or mobile number for the actual owner/partner—not a general receptionist line. • Live Connection Rate: Within the first 24 hours of calling, we expect a connection rate (calls answered) of at least 15–20%. If the majority of numbers are "Disconnected" or "Wrong Number," the milestone will be paused until the list is replaced with high-quality data. The businesses that benefit most are those with a High Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)—where one new client pays for the software for an entire year. 1. High-Ticket Home Services (The "Gold Mine") These businesses are usually out in the field and miss 50% of their calls. Your BOS "Auto-Missed Call Text Back" feature is worth thousands to them. • HVAC & Plumbing: One emergency repair is $500–$2,000. • Roofing & Solar: A single contract is $10k–$30k. • Landscaping & Hardscaping: High-ticket seasonal contracts. • Pest Control: Great for recurring revenue models. 2. Professional "High-Trust" Services These businesses rely on their reputation and fast follow-ups to beat competitors. • Law Firms (Personal Injury, Divorce): Leads are expensive; they cannot afford to let a lead go cold. • Medical/Dental Spas: Perfect for booking appointments and automated reminders to reduce "no-shows." • Real Estate Agencies: Managing a database of thousands of old leads and "reviving" them with an AI blast. 3. Specialized Health & Wellness • Chiropractors & Physical Therapists: They need automated booking and review requests to stay at the top of Google. • Gyms/CrossFit Boxes: Perfect for lead nurturing when someone downloads a "free pass." The "Sweet Spot" Niche Checklist To make sure you are targeting the right people, look for businesses that meet these 3 criteria: 1. High Transaction Value: If a sale is worth more than $500, the $297/mo price tag is an "easy yes." 2. Fragmented Competition: If there are 50 plumbers in one city, the one who texts back first wins. Your software ensures they are the first. 3. Low Tech Adoption: If they are still using paper calendars or basic Excel sheets, your BOS will look like "magic" to them. The "Super Closer" Test: To be considered, answer this in your application: "A US business owner says: 'I already have a VA for $5/hr who manually texts people back.
