What You Will Do - Research and identify genuine companies that may require IT and software development services. - Identify companies with active technology requirements, upcoming projects, outsourcing needs, or requirements for external development partners. - Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Engineering Managers, Heads of Technology, Procurement teams, and other business decision-makers. - Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, company websites, networking, referrals, and other legitimate sources. - Initiate professional conversations with potential clients. - Understand the client's business and technology requirements. - Introduce MindFusion InfoTech and recommend relevant IT services based on the client's requirements. - Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects. - Build and maintain long-term business relationships. - Qualify opportunities and share relevant project requirements with our team. - Coordinate with our team when a prospect is interested in discussing a project. - Maintain basic lead information, communication history, and follow-up status. Once a qualified opportunity is generated, the MindFusion InfoTech team will support requirement discussions, technical discussions, estimation, proposal preparation, and project delivery.
