Commission Sales Partner for Propvora

We are looking for confident sales individuals, freelancers, appointment setters and affiliate-style partners to help bring suppliers and service providers into Propvora. Propvora is a property operations SaaS platform built for property managers, landlords, rent-to-rent operators, serviced accommodation operators and property teams. The platform helps users manage properties, tenancies, maintenance, compliance, payments, suppliers, documents, work orders, planning and day-to-day operations in one place. This project is focused on signing up suppliers and service businesses that want visibility, leads and ongoing work from property operators. Target suppliers may include: Property maintenance companiesCleaners and turnover teamsElectriciansPlumbersGas engineersHandymenLocksmithsEmergency contractorsLettings support companiesCompliance and certificate providersInventory clerksProperty photographersFurniture and staging suppliersService businesses that work with landlords and property managers How you earn This is commission only. You can earn up to 15% per SaaS sale, recurring monthly for up to 6 months, depending on the plan sold and customer retention. This gives you the ability to stack recurring sales income as you bring in more customers. The more active suppliers and service providers you bring in, the more recurring commission you can build. What we need from you You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, conversations and helping interested suppliers book a demo or sign up. You can use cold email, LinkedIn, phone, local business outreach, property supplier groups, Facebook groups or your own existing network. You do not need to be based in one location, but UK property market knowledge is a strong advantage. Important This is not an hourly paid role. This is commission only.
