Delhi Field Sales – DermaChic

I’m expanding DermaChic’s on-ground presence across Delhi and need enthusiastic Field Sales Executives who can walk into the right outlets, present our catalogue with confidence, and close bulk orders on the spot. You’ll focus your daily route on three priority touchpoints—salons, cosmetic stores, and medical stores—building relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers. What the day looks like After a quick morning briefing, you’ll head out with our printed catalogue and a short demo kit (training provided). At each visit you’ll showcase product benefits, answer basic questions, record interest, and collect orders in multiples of 6 pcs or 12 pcs. I expect a concise visit report by day-end so we can replenish your stock and track progress. Earnings & incentives My commission structure is geared toward higher commission per product, so every single bottle moved puts ₹30–₹40 straight in your pocket. Close a 6-piece pack and you earn ₹170; a 12-piece pack nets you ₹360. Consistent performers average ₹500–₹1,000 a day, and monthly totals regularly hit ₹12k–₹25k with a performance bonus layered on top. Who fits best If you’ve cleared 12th class, enjoy talking to people, and don’t mind travelling within Delhi’s major areas, you’re already halfway there. Prior sales or marketing experience helps but isn’t mandatory—communication skills and the willingness to learn matter more. Comfortable English is enough; the real skill lies in building rapport. Time commitment I’m flexible: both full-time and part-time schedules are open, so you can choose what aligns with your availability.
