Project Description :

(It should be platform independent at the end for each agent , Wed, Android App , iOSapp , Windows App)
1.) Cloud Call Center management system
2.) Voice and Data : Maintain voice system PBX or call center. Monitoring tools through CISCO or AVAYA or Genesys or Knowlarity , Exotel etc)
3.) Application and Optimisation : Keep a metric of staff working and provide backup replacement etc on time
4.)Sales teams : Healthcare product sales. Maintain reports and MIS of sales
5.) Procurement team : Healthcare product procurement. Monitor no. of order placed and invoicing system. Number of orders for delivery track and maintain inventory.
6.) Healthcare Analyst : Drive the MIS and check pending case and manage SLAs. Also provide Management dashboards for every department regarding the request , open, pending, close and fail etc.
7.) Call Center Agent : Speak with the patients and raise ticket to the appropriate team and services
Integration with exiting EMR \ Analytics \ Reporting \ Virtual and Actual Doctor Consulting Platforms
